Marzipan was founded by Ben Adams in 2013, after a decade working across digital agencies and in-house roles for organisations in law, media, and the arts. He saw a recurring pattern: organisations would invest significantly in a new website, only to find themselves stranded two years later — platform outdated, no ongoing relationship, starting from scratch.
Ben built Marzipan to be different. Not a project shop, but a practice — one built on relationships, rigour, and genuine accountability for outcomes. He still works directly with every client.
